The Project
A recent projects involved installing air conditioning units to help a brand-new gym get ready to open its doors. The owners wanted to create a space where their members could work out whilst staying cool and comfortable. Our job was to make sure every part of the gym felt just right, with an AC setup that was both effective and easy on the eyes.
The Challenge
Starting fresh with a new gym meant we had the chance to build the perfect climate control system from the ground up. The goal was to keep every corner of the gym cool and comfortable without letting any equipment or cables clutter up the modern design.
Our Approach
Here’s what we did to make it happen:
Mitsubishi Twin Split Systems
We installed six Mitsubishi twin split systems. These are perfect for providing consistent and efficient cooling. They’re known for their reliability, which was a big win for keeping the gym’s climate comfortable.
Indoor Cassette Style Units
To keep things looking clean, we went with cassette-style indoor units. These were installed in the ceilings, so they blend right in while still doing a great job of circulating air throughout the gym.
Keeping It Discreet
No one wants to see a bunch of pipes and cables. So, we made sure to install all the trays, pipework, draining systems, and cables way up high, out of sight. This way, everything works perfectly without taking away from the gym’s modern look.
Testing and Commissioning
After everything was in place, we tested and tweaked the system to make sure it worked just right for each part of the gym. We set up timers and setbacks to match the needs of different zones, so every area gets just the right amount of cooling when it’s needed.
The Result
The new gym is now fully equipped with a climate control system, that members will enjoy! The new air conditioning system blends right in, doing its job without being noticed. Plus, with everything set up just right, the gym can run efficiently, keeping energy use in check while giving members a great experience.
